5 inches in diameter at the opening but it tapers down at the bottom of the pouch. It is 8 inches deep at the very bottom of the taper and it is 6 inches deep without the taper. It is not water tight therefore it doesn’t hold water for too long. I think this pouch is a general purchase pouch so you could use it for anything that would fit in it such as hardware, small scrapers, small squeegees, etc.
